Good Vibes Only Sour Citrus Pale Ale

This dry hopped sour citrus pale ale is loaded with fresh grapefruit and orange zest. Using a soft malt base, we kettle soured the beer before fermenting with a fruit forward ale strain, and then dry hopped using Citra and Lemondrop hops to reinforce the citrus character. Finally, oranges and grapefruits were hand zested and juiced before adding it to the beer. Good Vibes Only represents the best of collaborations, bringing good people together to make good things.
