This refreshing and tart Berliner Weisse has notes of stonefruit, lemon and a clean, lactic tang. It was soured in the kettle to provide an acidic bite. Enjoy it as is, or add a splash of raspberry syrup to take the edge off the acidity. Tried either way, this is a light and refreshing beer, perfect for summer.
