This Spiced Mimosa DIPA was inspired by the Mimouna Cocktail from Café Medina on Richards Street. Fresh oranges were zested and juiced, and then pink peppercorns, clove, cinnamon and vanilla was added, along with a double dry hop addition. Big spice and tropical citrus notes intensify this hefty IPA. Brewed together with our friends at Backcountry Brewing, we hope you win some friends with this one.
