Stubborn as a Mule Rye Saison with Ginger

With notes of ginger and peppery spice, Stubborn As A Mule was brewed with Hatchery Brewing, the new kids on the block in Penticton, BC. Pouring a pale yellow, this beer finishes dry and has rye malt added to the grain bill to enhance the spicy yeast profile and light ginger kick. Look forward to more amazing saisons when Hatchery opens summer 2019.
