Deep, jammy raspberry is paired with a biscuity malt profile to create this take on thumbprint cookies. Slam City Jam was brewed with our friends and neighbours, Faculty Brewing and brings back some rad memories of Vancouver’s skateboard championship. Together we cooked down a gnarly amount of raspberry puree before adding it to the beer, allowing that rich raspberry character to come through, along with a hint of sweetness. This beer is definitely our jam.
