Mystic Midnight Dark Saison with Blackcurrant

Collab with Henderson

Together with our friends from Henderson Brewing in Toronto Ontario, we settled on a dark saison with black currants, balancing the complex fruit and spice character from the French and Belgian yeast stains with dark currants. With a sweet dried fruit aroma and a spicy yeast character, this dark saison has a dark amber to ruby appearance. Red wine, port and cassis are balanced with a dry, peppery finish.
