Kveik Thinking Norwegian Pilsner

Collab with Callister Brewing

Kveik Thinking was brewed in collaboration with Callister Brewing Co, where BREWHALL first got our start on their pilot system. Finally, we can repay the favour and have them in to brew here. Using a simple malt build and our new favourite Norwegian yeast, this beer has a light grain character along with light fruit notes and a clean bitter finish. Saaz and Saphir hops offer up delicate citrus and herbal notes to balance this smooth finish. So skål, and good health, to many more years and many more collaborations.
