Guava Farm Fruit Farmhouse Ale

This farmhouse ale is brewed with spelt and raw, unmalted wheat giving it a mild nutty character and a smooth finish. It is then complimented with the massive addition of guava, which has a floral, spicy fruit profile. Look for big floral spice notes from the fruit, and a spicy, complex yeast character. Taken together we have bready malt sweetness balanced with a burst of tropical fruit character and spice.
