Gin Barrel Aged IPA

Collab with Odd Society

For our first barrel release, we brewed a tropical IPA and aged it in an Odd Society Gin barrel for five months. Odd Society Spirits Wallflower Oaken Gin barrels offer up bright citrus and floral notes along with hints of vanilla and spice. This compliments this heavily dry hopped IPA’s tropical pineapple and citrus aroma, creating a smooth and complex beer.
