Van Wilder Hazy Pale Ale

Collab with Parkside

Working together with the fine folks at the Parkside Brewery, we brewed a hazy pale ale that is bursting with tropical aroma. The wild yeast strain used offers up big mango and pineapple notes, which we further enhanced by dry hopping with Amarillo and Centennial hops to add mandarin, tangerine and grapefruit aromas.
