Smooth Talker Sour Smoothie IPA

Smooth Talker is a tart, fruit-filled smoothie IPA loaded with tropical and citrus fruit aroma and flavor. Lactose is used to balance the acidity from the sour IPA base and fruit additions, Conditioned on Passionfruit and Orange, we then added a massive dry-hop using Idaho 7 and Amarillo hops, along with loads of fresh lime zest. This tart smoothie IPA balances acidity and sweetness to create a full-bodied IPA that is loaded with topical flavour.
