Kia Ora Kiwi Wit

Collab with Phillips

Using grain from Phillips Maltworks and New Zealand hops, Kia Ora is a collaboration beer we brewed together with Phillipa Beer. Kia Ora is a greeting and means “good health” in Maori. Kiwi juice was added late into fermentation, and with the combination of Wakatu and Nelson Sauvin dry hops, this beer is loaded with bright tropical aroma.
