Collab with Fuggles & Warlock

Gato Fruta is inspired by the Catharina Sour, a new beer style coming out of Brazil. These beers have a vibrant acidity and a blend of tropical fruits added to create a sour tropical wheat ale. We brewed this with Fuggles & Warlock, already infamous for their boundary pushing fruit sours, and used a combination of papaya, passionfruit and black currant to provide a floral and tropical flavour profile. Fruity and tart, Gato Fruta is refreshing and vibrant.
