Fjellhallen Norwegian Pale Ale

Collab with Coast Mountain

Fjellhallen is the Norwegian word for Mountain Hall, and represents the collaboration of Coast Mountain Brewing and Brewhall Beer Co. We developed this recipe utilizing Norwegian kviek yeast, which offers up prominent citrus aromas and a clean finish. We then dry hopped this beer using Amarillo and Simcoe hops to add light pineapple and tropical notes.
