Brewed in collaboration with the newest addition to the North Shore breweries, House of Funk is focusing on wood, brettanomyces and general funkiness. BYOF is a brett hefeweizen, with spicy clove and banana aromas complimenting the tropical pineapple and light funk. This beer spent three months in the foeder and has a complex range of flavours.
